Why now
Four shifts arrived at once. Alone, none of them is enough. Together, they make a connected layer possible — and necessary.
More people need long-term care for longer, while the workforce to deliver it does not grow at the same rate. Continuity has to come from somewhere other than more staff hours.
Signals in voice, movement and behaviour can now be followed as trends over time — not as one-off measurements. Understanding change became computable.
Phones, cameras and wearables are already in homes and care settings. The sensing layer no longer has to be bought, shipped and installed.
FHIR and HL7 turned interoperability from an aspiration into an interface. What was once a custom integration is now a contract.

INDACO.ONE develops no proprietary hardware. Every device becomes a data source; every hardware company becomes a partner, not a competitor. Nothing to buy, ship, install or maintain.
One layer for authentication, data, analytics and events. Every source — a wearable, a certified spirometer, the camera — arrives normalised as a FHIR Observation, so heterogeneous signals become one machine-readable data model instead of forking the platform.
Wearables, spirometers and medical IoT — and even the camera people already own, turned into a contactless physiological signal (rPPG) — stream into one timeline through open standards.
